Service terms

Last updated Oct 9, 2026

These terms apply to custom web projects booked through the project calculator (“the project”). They form an agreement between Lumira (“we”) and the person or business that books the project (“you”) when you tick “I agree to the project terms” and book. Your quote, your project dashboard and these terms together make up the agreement.

1. Quote and scope

  • The price is calculated from the configuration you choose: project type, number of pages or sections, design level, features and timeline. It is fixed when you book; later changes to our price list do not affect a booked project.
  • The scope is what that configuration describes. New pages, features or integrations outside it are quoted separately and start only after you accept that quote.
  • Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Third-party costs, such as domain, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock media or API usage, are not included and are paid by you directly to their providers.

2. Payments

  • A 50% deposit is due when you book and reserves your slot. Work starts only after it is confirmed. The remaining 50% is due when the build is finished, before the handover.
  • Pay by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice, or by QRIS for invoices up to Rp10.000.000. Each invoice carries a small unique code, so transfer the exact amount shown. Transfer fees charged by your bank are yours.
  • Report each payment from your dashboard. We confirm it within one business day, and it counts as paid once it shows as confirmed there. If we cannot find a reported transfer, we tell you so you can check it with your bank and report it again.

3. Materials and timeline

The delivery estimate is in working days (Monday to Friday) and starts when your materials are complete: you have shared at least one file and confirmed the checklist below.

  • Logo and brand assets (or I have none and want a simple wordmark)
  • Final text for every page, or I accept placeholder copy
  • Photos and imagery, or I accept licensed stock
  • Domain and hosting access details, or I will provide them before launch
  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us (logos, text, images and data) and that using it in your project does not infringe anyone’s rights.
  • Waiting for your materials, feedback or a payment pauses the timeline and moves the delivery date by the same amount. Around national holidays we may adjust the date and tell you in advance.
  • A priority timeline costs 25% more and delivers about 25% faster.

4. Staging and revisions

  • You can follow the build on a staging link at any time during the project.
  • 2 minor revisions are included: changes within the agreed scope, such as copy, colors, spacing, swapping images or reordering sections. Revisions open once development has started and close at the handover.
  • Request revisions as tickets from your dashboard. When we deliver one, you have 3 days to approve it or ask for changes; after that it is approved automatically.
  • Further revisions and changes beyond the scope are quoted as extra work before we start them.

5. Handover and ownership

  • When the build is finished we issue the final invoice. Once it is confirmed, the handover unlocks: you can download the source archive and, if you gave us your GitHub username, you receive an invitation to the repository.
  • After full payment you own the code and design we created for your project and may use, change and host it as you wish. Open-source libraries and third-party assets stay under their own licenses. We keep our general know-how and any tools we did not create specifically for you.
  • We may show the finished project in our portfolio with screenshots and a short description, unless you ask us not to.

6. Warranty

  • For 30 days after the handover we fix, free of charge, bugs in what we built: anything that does not work as delivered. Open a warranty ticket from your dashboard.
  • The warranty does not cover new features or design changes, problems caused by changes made by you or others after the handover, or outages and changes of third-party services such as hosting, APIs and plugins.

7. Maintenance plans

After the handover you can add an optional monthly maintenance plan from your dashboard:

  • Essential, Rp100.000 a month: Security patches, dependency updates, uptime monitoring and one small content change a month.
  • Growth, Rp300.000 a month: Everything in Essential plus up to 2 hours of changes a month and a monthly performance report.
  • Plans are invoiced monthly in advance. The renewal invoice is issued 7 days before the paid period ends. If an invoice is still unpaid 7 days after its period starts, the plan ends.
  • You can stop a plan at any time. It stays active until the end of the period already paid; paid periods are not refunded.

8. Cancellation and refunds

  • You may cancel before the timeline starts, that is before your materials are complete. We then refund the deposit in full to a bank account you name, within 7 working days.
  • Once the timeline has started, the deposit is non-refundable: it covers the reserved time and the work already done. You may still cancel; the final invoice is then cancelled and the work is not handed over.
  • If we cannot reach you for 30 days while we wait for materials, feedback or a payment, we may close the project. Payments already made are then handled as if you had cancelled.
  • If we cancel a project for reasons on our side, we refund everything you have paid for it.

9. Liability

We build carefully and test before every handover, but a website depends on hosting and third-party services, so we cannot guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, revenue or data.

10. Confidentiality and personal data

We keep the materials, access details and business information you share confidential and use them only for your project. Change any passwords you shared with us after the handover. Personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy.

11. Changes, governing law and contact

  • We may update these terms. The version in force when you booked applies to your project unless you agree to a newer one.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will first try to settle any dispute amicably; if that fails, it goes to the competent district court in Indonesia.
  • Questions about these terms or your project: email muchammad.nur02@gmail.com or use the support page in your dashboard.
